Real Estate Videography in Oklahoma City

Most listings need both. Buyers start with the photos, and the video is what gets shared, saved and sent to a spouse. Instead of booking a photographer and a videographer on different days, we shoot both in one visit, so you deal with one person, one schedule and one lockbox code.

We shoot every listing in the Oklahoma City metro ourselves. Robert plans it, runs the camera and does the editing, so what you talk about on the phone is what shows up on the day.

Listing tour videos. A clean walkthrough of the home with nobody on camera. It moves room to room in the order a buyer would walk it, so people understand the layout before they ever book a showing. We cut it vertical for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, with a horizontal version when you need one for YouTube or the MLS.

Signature films. A more edited listing film with you on camera. You open the front door, point out what matters and close it out. We plan what you will say at each stop, so you do not need to memorize a script. It sells the house and it markets you at the same time.

Interior and exterior photos. Wide, straight, evenly lit stills of every room that matters, plus the front, the back yard and the details buyers ask about: the kitchen, the primary bath, the fireplace, the garage.

Drone aerials. Photos and footage from above that show the lot, the roof, the street and what is nearby. On acreage, new builds and homes near a park or lake, aerials often end up being the lead image.

Virtual staging. We digitally furnish vacant rooms so an empty listing photographs like a lived-in home. It gives buyers a clear sense of how the space can work without moving physical furniture into the property.

Zillow 3D Home tours. An interactive walkthrough buyers can click through from the Zillow listing, so they can tour the home before anyone books a showing. Ask about adding one when you book.

Photos are delivered within 48 hours of the shoot, edited and ready to upload to the MLS.

Video delivery is set when you book. Edit time depends on the kind of video, how long it runs and how many other listings are in the queue that week, so we give you a delivery date up front instead of a promise we might not keep. If you have a hard go-live date, tell us when you book and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.

We shoot Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, up to three shoots a day. You pick a time on the booking calendar and tell us how we are getting in: lockbox, keypad, owner, or you meeting us there.

When we arrive, we walk the whole house first to plan the order of rooms and see where the light is coming from. Then we shoot interior photos, then exteriors, then the drone if the weather and airspace allow it. Video is shot last, after the house has been walked and nothing is out of place. For a signature film, we run through your lines with you at each stop and shoot a few takes, so the one we use sounds like you on a good day.

Time on site depends on the size of the home and what you ordered. We give you an estimate when you book, so the seller knows how long to be out.

The camera sees everything, so a little work before we arrive makes a big difference. Clear the kitchen and bathroom counters. Put away toiletries, dish towels, pet bowls and trash cans. Make the beds. Turn on every light and open the blinds. Move cars out of the driveway and off the street in front of the house. Put the dogs somewhere secure and let us know if there are any in the yard.

If you are doing a signature film, wear something solid, skip small patterns and think about two or three things you want buyers to know about the home. We will help you shape the rest.

We are based in Oklahoma City and shoot across the metro. That means Edmond and the new neighborhoods off Covell and Waterloo, Norman and Moore to the south, Yukon and Mustang out west, Midwest City to the east, and Bethany and the older neighborhoods around Lake Overholser.
