What Listing Photos Cost in Oklahoma City (and What Drives the Price)
An honest look at what goes into real estate photography pricing in OKC: photo count, drone, twilight, home size and turnaround, with our own published prices.

If you have ever asked three photographers for a listing quote, you have probably gotten three different answers. That is not because someone is trying to pull one over on you. Listing photography is priced on a handful of variables, and every provider weighs them a little differently. This post walks through what those variables are, so you can compare quotes on equal terms.
One thing up front: the prices in this post are ours. They are what Rad Dad Media charges in the Oklahoma City metro today, and they are the same numbers you will see on our order form. They are not an industry survey and they are not an average. Other photographers in OKC charge more and some charge less. Use ours as one reference point, not as the market rate.
1. How many photos you need
Photo count is the biggest single driver of price, because every finished image takes time on site and time in editing. A small condo does not need forty images, and a 4,000-square-foot home with a pool and a shop will feel thin with fifteen.
Here is how we price it:
- 15 photos: $125
- 25 photos: $165
- 40 photos: $215
A useful rule of thumb: count the rooms and spaces a buyer will want to see, then add a few for the front exterior, the backyard and any standout feature. Most MLS systems allow more photos than you need, and filling every slot with near-duplicates does not help the listing. Pick the tier that lets every important room get one strong image, plus the hero shots.
2. Drone photos
Aerials show what ground photos cannot: lot size, the backyard, the neighborhood, how close the home sits to a park or a lake. On acreage or rural property in places like Piedmont, Guthrie or Newcastle, drone shots are often the most important images in the set. On a tight lot in an older neighborhood, they may add less.
Drone work usually costs extra because it takes separate equipment, an FAA-certified pilot and time to fly safely. We charge $125 for drone photos on their own, or $60 when you add them to a photo shoot. Some providers include a few aerials by default; others do not offer drone at all. When you compare quotes, check whether drone is in the number or on top of it.
3. Twilight photos
Twilight exteriors, the warm-windows-against-a-blue-sky shot, have to be taken in a short window after sunset. That usually means a second trip or a shoot scheduled late in the day, which is why twilight is typically priced separately and often costs more than a standard exterior. Twilight is not one of our standard order-form items, so if a listing calls for it, ask when you book and we will tell you whether we can fit it in.
4. Square footage
Many photographers price by home size, with tiers that step up every thousand square feet or so. The logic is reasonable: bigger homes take longer to shoot. The downside is that it makes quotes harder to compare and can surprise you on a large listing.
We do not do that. Our price is the same for any size home anywhere in the OKC metro. You choose how many photos you want, and that is what you pay. If you are comparing us against a provider that prices by square footage, look at the total for the specific home rather than the starting price.
5. Turnaround
How fast you get the photos back matters, especially when a seller wants to be live on the MLS by the weekend. Fast turnaround costs a provider in editing capacity, so some charge a rush fee for next-day delivery.
Our photos are delivered within 48 hours of the shoot, with no rush tier on top. Video takes longer and the delivery date is set when you book.
6. Packages versus a la carte
Most agents end up wanting more than photos on at least some listings: drone, a 360 tour, a listing video, a social reel. Buying those one at a time adds up, which is why most providers, us included, offer packages.
Our packages start at $145 and run up to $900 for the Signature package. Zillow Essentials, at $275, bundles photos, drone and a 360 tour. Every package's full contents are listed on the order form, so you can see exactly what is included before you pay.
What to ask when you compare quotes
When you line up two or three quotes, ask each provider the same questions:
- How many finished photos are included?
- Is drone included, extra, or not offered?
- Does the price change with square footage?
- When will I have the photos?
- Are there travel fees for my part of the metro?
- What happens if the shoot has to be rescheduled?
With those answers in hand, the cheapest quote and the best value are usually easy to tell apart.
The short version
Listing photos in OKC are priced on photo count, add-ons like drone and twilight, sometimes home size, and turnaround. Our own prices are listing photos from $125 for 15 images, drone photos for $125 alone or $60 added on, and packages from $145, the same for any size home, with photos back in 48 hours. If those numbers work for your next listing, you can see every option and book on one form.
